Seeking a motivated Accounts Payable Associate, this full-time remote position will manage day-to-day AP entry and accounting tasks for clients in the Enterprise division, ensuring adherence to US GAAP and utilizing cloud AP processing technologies. Key responsibilities: Handle full-cycle accounts payable operations for multi-entity clients Organize daily tasks using Karbon, the practice management system, to manage work across multiple clients Interact with clients to address specific inquiries and gather necessary information Required qualifications: College degree required; accounting firm experience and R2R experience preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume accounts payable using software such as Bill, Ramp, and QBO Proficiency in cloud AP processing technologies Advanced analytical skills for interpreting financial reports Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks across multiple clients
