In this pivotal role, you will leverage your skills and experience to assess training needs, design engaging content in digital and live formats, develop interactive and impactful training activities, implement these training experiences into the desired delivery format, and create measurable assessments and evaluations. Your expertise will be instrumental in empowering and inspiring learners who are helping Saronic redefine maritime superiority. Responsibilities Produce effective and engaging educational experiences for adult audience Collaborate with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to plan and develop course content, assessments, and evaluations Assess user needs and align course content and design accordingly Apply core instructional design principles and theories to maximize learner engagement and retention Leverage our learning management system to deliver, track, and ensure training completion Train instructors, managers, learners, and other stakeholders in using learning technologies Maintain projects and organize course documentation Analyze, update, and refine existing training content Stay current on best practices in instructional design, including researching and implementing new technologies and techniques Qualifications Advanced proficiency in producing digital learning experiences using authoring tools including Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, etc. Advanced proficiency in designing and delivering instructor‑led training Extensive experience administering training in learning management systems (LMS). Experience with Cornerstone a plus.
