Summary: We are seeking a creative, forward thinking Learning Experience Designer (LXD) to build intuitive, engaging, and impactful learning journeys for DHL eCommerce Operations employees. This role requires an individual who embraces emerging tools and technologies, and brings fresh, learner centered ideas to an evolving learning ecosystem. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional proficiency and agility, working swiftly and accurately under tight deadlines while adapting to shifting priorities. They manage tasks on multiple projects without compromising quality, maintaining a Right 1st Time mindset in design and execution. With a strong Can-Do attitude, they proactively tackle challenges, sustain momentum, and deliver results in fastmoving environments. Collaboration is key, and they operate As One with their team and cross functional partners to deliver timely, relevant, high impact learning experiences aligned with DHL standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collaboration & Quality Assurance
  • Partner with SMEs and internal stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business needs.
  • Manage tasks within multiple projects, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on time, high quality learning solutions.
  • Collaborate As One with team members and cross functional teams to design, refine, and deploy learning content.
  • Gather learner insights, performance data, and stakeholder feedback to continuously enhance learning effectiveness.
• Design & Development
  • Create blended learning solutions to achieve effective learning outcomes for a variety of learning styles and requirements.
  • Design end to end learning experiences that integrate instructional strategy, visual design, and learner centered methodologies to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Develop learning assets, including eLearning modules, instructor-led modules, facilitator guides, job aids, multimedia components, and interactive digital tools.
• Innovation & Technology
  • Build content using authoring tools including Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Captivate.
  • Produce multimedia experiences using tools such as Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Descript.
  • Enhance visual appeal and engagement through Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Utilize interactive and gamification platforms to strengthen participation and retention.
  • Integrate content into Learning Experience Platforms (LXPs) such as Degreed or EdCast.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools such as Synthesia, Descript, and Copilot for ideation, video generation, editing, and optimization.
  • Explore VR/AR solutions (CenarioVR, Adobe Aero) to build immersive learning experiences.
  • Research and evaluate emerging learning technologies to elevate the DHL learning ecosystem.

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning Sciences, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years of related work experience required.
• Strong ability to manage tasks on multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver high quality work within tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated experience designing eLearning and blended learning programs using modern instructional design models.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to translate complex information into accessible learning experiences.
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Captivate.
• Experience with multimedia tools (Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Descript).
• Graphic design capability using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with interactive platforms (Kahoot! Mentimeter, Genially) and LXPs (Degreed, EdCast).
• Awareness of emerging tools including Synthesia, VR/AR platforms, and AI enhanced learning solutions.

• Multimedia production and comfort with emerging learning technologies.
• Experience with AI driven learning tools, microlearning strategies, gamification, VR/AR.
• Knowledge of learning analytics and data driven improvement.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, MS Project, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, etc.).

Physical Demands:

• Flexibility to work various shifts based on operational needs.
• Physical demands consistent with a professional office setting.
• Up to 10% travel to other sites.

Annual Salary per location is listed below:

$74,025-$98,700=AL, AR, AZ, ID, IN, ME, MO, MS, NE, NH, NM, OH, OK, SC, TN, WV $81,450-$108,600=CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IA, KS, KY, MI, MN, NC, NV, OR, PA, TX, UT, VA, WI $85,125-$113,500=DE, IL, MD, RI, WA $88,800-$118,400=CA, MA, NJ, NY
